介绍了2种由烤烟普通烤房改建而成的密集烤房及其应用效果。与原普通烤房相比,普改密烤房内温湿度更加均匀、排湿可控性增强、烟叶品质和经济效益提高、烤烟劳动强度和用工量减少等。烟叶与热源并列设置的普改密烤房,装烟量可增加1倍,改建成本3 000元左右;烟叶与热源上下设置的普改密烤房,装烟量可增加60%,改建成本仅1 000元左右。使用普改密烤房只需单项电源,供热系统材料成本低廉、取材方便。

Two kinds of bulk curing barns transformed cheaply from natural ventilation curing barns were introduced.Compared with the former common curing barns,the designed bulk curing barns had better properties,which were the less temperature and humidity differences,the strengthen of humidity elimination controllability,the improvement of tobacco leaf quality and economic benefit,the decrease of labor intensity and working amount of flue-cured tobacco and so on.The tobacco loading quantity could increase by 60% after the traditional flue-curing barn transformed to bulk curing barn.And the reconstruction cost was only about 1000 yuan.Single-phase power source was only needed in bulk curing barn transformed from the traditional flue-curing barn,and the material of heat-supply system was low in cost and convenient in collecting.
