[目的]探讨保山市烤烟烟碱含量近年来的变化情况。[方法]利用2003~2009年保山市烤烟化学成分跟踪分析数据库的数据,对烤烟各部位烟碱含量年度变化、质量档次及桔色、柠色烤烟烟碱含量进行统计分析。[结果]2003年保山市烤烟烟碱的平均含量高达3.4%,2004~2006年烟碱含量明显下降至2.7%~2.8%,2007~2009年烟碱平均含量保持在2.5%左右;烤烟质量档次在2003~2007年呈逐年提高趋势,但2008~2009年烤烟质量档次较2005~2007年略有下降;柠色烟烟碱含量的适宜程度高于桔色烟。[结论]研究结果为提高保山市烟叶品质提供了理论依据。
Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the change of nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco in Baoshan City in recent years.[Method] The data from the tracking analysis database of flue-cured tobacco chemical composition in Baoshan City in 2003-2009 was used to make for the statistical analysis on the annual change and the quality class of the nicotine content in each part of the flue-cured tobacco and the nicotine content in the flue-cured tobacco with the orange and citrine leaves.[Results] The average nicotine content in the flue-cured tobacco in Baoshan City in 2003 was high as 3.4%,that in 2004-2006 dropped obviously to 2.7%-2.8% and that in 2007-2009 kept about 2.5%.The quality class of flue-cured tobacco in 2003-2007 had the trend of increasing year by year,but that in 2008-2009 had litter decrease compared with that in 2005-2007.The appropriate class for the nicotine content in the citrine leaves of flue-cured tobacco was higher than that in the orange leaves of the flue-cured tobacco.[ Conclusion]The results provided the theoretical basis for improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco in Baoshan City.
