基于园林废弃物堆肥的不同基质配方对奶白菜生长的影响

摘要:

为了有效实现园林废弃物的资源化利用,以园林废弃物堆肥为主要原料,河泥、腐熟牛粪等其他物料为辅助原料,进行不同比例配比混合后种植奶白菜,比较不同配方栽培基质理化性状的差异及其对奶白菜生长的影响。结果表明,以园林废弃物堆肥复配的4个配方基质容重、pH、电导率(EC)等理化性质均能满足基本要求。奶白菜栽培结果显示,T1处理叶片数、最大叶长和最大叶宽均最高,分别为10.00、17.53 cm和12.20 cm; T1处理的株高最高,达20.48 cm。CK、T1和T2这3个处理的地上部鲜重达40 g/株以上,其中T1处理最高达44.31 g/株,T1处理叶片总氮、磷、钾含量最高为90.50 g/kg,利用隶属函数对各评价指标进行量化后发现,T1处理的综合隶属函数值最高为0.86,即基质配方为园林废弃物堆肥∶河泥∶牛粪∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶2∶2∶1∶1的处理栽培效果最优。综合比较,T1处理可作为栽培基质的适宜配方,为园林废弃物和其他废弃物的资源化利用提供应用途径。

Abstract:

To effectively achieve the resource utilization of garden wastes, composted green wastes was used as the main material, supplemented by other materials such as river mud and composted cow manure.Different proportions of mixed materials were used to plant cabbage, and the differences in physical and chemical properties of different formula cultivation substrates and their effects on the growth of cabbage were compared.The results showed that the bulk density, pH, and electrical conductivity(EC) of the four formula matrices compounded with green wastes compost could generally meet the basic requirements.The cultivation results of cabbage showed that the T1 had the highest leaf number, maximum leaf length, and maximum leaf width, which were 10.00, 17.53 cm, and 12.20 cm, respectively.The plant height of the T1 was the highest, reaching 20.48 cm.The aboveground fresh weight of the CK, T1, and T2 could reach over 40 g/plant, with the highest reaching 44.31 g/plant in T1.The total nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content in the leaves of T1 was the highest at 90.50 g/kg.The subordinate function method result indicated that T1 was the highest at 0.86.Thus, the substrate formula for green wastes compost∶ river mud∶ cow manure∶ vermiculite∶ perlite=6∶ 2∶ 2∶ 1∶ 1 showed the best cultivation effect.In summary, the T1 can be considered a suitable formulation for cultivation substrates, providing a practical approach for the resource utilization of garden waste and other waste materials.
