摘要:

为了解乌鲁木齐公园水体的现状,并制定适当的策略来改善其质量,于2022年夏季对7个公园水体浮游植物和水质状况进行调查。结果表明:共鉴定出203种浮游植物,隶属于8门38科82属,以绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门为主,共占总种数的89.6%。总体上浮游植物群落结构为蓝藻-绿藻-硅藻型,优势种中蓝藻17种,绿藻和硅藻均为12种。浮游植物密度为0.78×106~10.19×106 cell/L,多样性指数D、H′和J分别为1.77~3.83、2.11~2.97和0.74~0.94,水体呈清洁至中度污染状态。冗余分析表明水温、透明度、溶解氧、电导率、总氮和硅酸盐是影响浮游植物群落结构的关键因子。

Abstract:

In order to understand the current situation of the water bodies in Urumqi Park and develop appropriate strategies to improve their quality, a survey of phytoplankton and water quality status of 7 park water bodies was conducted in the summer of 2022.The results showed that: a total of 203 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla, 38 families and 82 genera were identified, mainly Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta, accounting for 89.6% of the total species.In general, the phytoplankton community structure was dominated by Cyanophyta-Chlorophyta-Bacillariophyta, among the dominant species, there were 17 species of Cyanophyta, 12 species of Chlorophyta and 12 species of Bacillariophyta.The density of phytoplankton ranged from 0.78×106-10.19×106 cells/L.The diversity indices D,H′ and J were 1.77-3.83,2.11-2.97 and 0.74-0.94,respectively, the water body is in a state of cleanliness to moderate pollution.Redundancy analysis showed that water temperature, transparency, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, total nitrogen and silicate were the key factors affecting phytoplankton community structure.
