[目的]了解我国淡水捕捞渔业产量、碳汇量及碳汇价值,推动淡水捕捞渔业可持续发展。[方法]基于《中国渔业统计年鉴》捕捞产量数据,分析2014—2023年我国淡水捕捞渔业(鱼类、甲壳类和贝类)产量变化,利用碳含量法评估捕捞渔业的碳汇强度,并估算碳汇价值。[结果]2014—2023年淡水鱼类、甲壳类和贝类的总捕捞产量为115.36万~226.45万t,年均为173.98万t,其中鱼类产量最大(89.83万~171.11万t),占比为73.9%~84.4%。整体看淡水捕捞渔业产量呈现下降趋势。捕捞渔业碳汇量为15.34万~29.40万t,年均为22.97万t,其中鱼类为12.58万~23.96万t,甲壳类为1.39万~2.90万t,贝类为1.27万~2.63万t,捕捞渔业碳汇量呈现下降态势。按照100元/t的碳汇市场价格计算,捕捞渔业的碳汇价值为5 625.36万~10 778.72万元,年均为8 417.77万元。从空间分布来看,淡水捕捞渔业产量及碳汇能力较高的省份有江苏、安徽、江西、湖北、广西、广东、山东、湖南、河北、浙江、河南、福建、黑龙江和辽宁等。[结论]我国淡水捕捞渔业碳汇能力强,碳汇价值高,应采取措施推进淡水捕捞碳汇渔业可持续健康发展。
Abstract:[Objective] To understand the production, carbon sink capacity, and carbon sink value of China's freshwater capture fisheries, and to promote the sustainable development of freshwater capture fisheries. [Method] This study analyzed the production changes of freshwater capture fisheries(fish, crustaceans, and mollusks) from 2014 to 2023 based on the fishing production data from the China Fisheries Statistical Yearbook. Using the carbon content method, the carbon sink intensity of capture fisheries was assessed, and the carbon sink value was estimated. [Result] The total capture production of freshwater fish, crustaceans, and mollusks from 2014 to 2023 ranged from 1.153 6 to 2.264 5 million tons, with an average of 1.739 8 million tons annually. Among these, fish production was the highest(0.898 3-1.711 1 million tons), accounting for 73.9% to 84.4% of the total. Overall, the production of freshwater capture fisheries exhibited a declining trend. The carbon sink capacity of capture fisheries ranged from 153.4 to 294.0 thousand tons, with an average of 229.7 thousand tons annually. Specifically, fish accounted for 125.8-239.6 thousand tons, crustaceans for 13.9-29.0 thousand tons, and mollusks for 12.7-26.3 thousand tons, showing a downward trend in carbon sink capacity. According to the market price of 100 yuan/ton for carbon sinks, the value of carbon sinks in the fishing industry ranges from 56.253 6 million to 107.787 2 million yuan, with an average annual value of 84.177 7 million yuan. Spatially, provinces with higher production and carbon sink capacity in freshwater capture fisheries included Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Guangxi, Guangdong, Shandong, Hunan, Hebei, Zhejiang, Henan, Fujian, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning. [Conclusion] The findings indicate that China's freshwater capture fisheries possess strong carbon sink capacity and high carbon sink value. Measures should be taken to promote the sustainable and healthy development of carbon sink fisheries in freshwater capture.
