农户是耕地质量保护的直接参与者和核心利益相关者,其生产经营行为是实现耕地保护战略目标的关键环节。当前,农户耕地质量保护行为短期成本约束显著、长期收入不稳定,导致农户参与耕地质量保护的积极性不足。通过文献梳理发现,农户耕地质量保护行为逻辑受到多种因素的影响,但经济效益始终作为农户行为重要的驱动因素。现有研究较少分析耕地质量保护行为对农户收入的提升效果及不同收入水平、耕地面积等条件的农户所产生收入效应的异质性。因此,未来研究应关注经济效益在耕地质量保护中的作用,深入识别农户耕地质量保护行为的收入效应,建立农户耕地质量保护政策长效激励机制。
Abstract:Farmers are direct participants and core stakeholders in cultivated land quality protection, and their production and management behaviors are the key link to achieve the strategic goals of cultivated land protection. Currently, the significant short-term cost constraints and unstable long-term income of farmers' cultivated land quality protection behaviors result in a lack of enthusiasm among farmers to participate in cultivated land quality protection. Through literature review, it is found that the logic of farmers' behavior in protecting the quality of cultivated land is influenced by multiple factors, however, economic benefits have always been an important driving factor for farmers' behavior. Existing literature rarely analyzed the enhancing effect of cultivated land quality protection behaviors on farmers' income and the heterogeneity of income effects on farmers with different income levels, cultivated land areas, and other conditions. Future research should focus on the role of economic benefits in cultivated land quality protection, deeply identify the income effects of farmers' cultivated land quality protection behaviors, and establish a long-term incentive mechanism for farmers' cultivated land quality protection policies.
