家蚕moricin基因家族的诱导表达Inductive Expression of moricin Family in Bombyx mori

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]研究不同外源微生物对家蚕moricin抗菌肽的诱导表达。[方法]应用3种外源微生物BmNPV、JM109以及农杆菌LBA4404对家蚕进行诱导,RT-PCR检测moricin基因被诱导后在家蚕脂肪体的表达。[结果]结果表明,moricinB1和moricinB3基因有高的诱导表达水平,moricinA1和moricinB2基因表达差异不明显。[结论]Moricin B1和Moricin B3蛋白可能对大肠杆菌具有抗菌活性。
