有机无机营养物料对莠去津污染土壤微生物量磷和可溶性无机磷的影响Effects of Organic Amendments and Fertilizers on Soil Microbial Biomass P and Soluble Inorganic P in Atrazine Contaminated Soil

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]为了评估外源有机无机营养物质在莠去津污染土壤修复中的作用。[方法]采用实验室培养试验,研究添加不同有机无机物料对莠去津污染土壤微生物量磷和可溶性无机磷的影响。[结果]外源有机、无机营养物质均显著提高了莠去津污染土壤的微生物量磷的含量,其中单施腐熟猪粪处理的土壤微生物量磷增加最明显,比对照增加了98.4%,其次是NP肥配施、单施紫云英、单施N肥,分别比对照增加了28.6%、23.7%、16.4%,增加较少的是单施P肥和单施水稻秸秆的处理,仅仅分别比对照增加了7.5%和4.3%。与土壤微生物量磷不同的是,单施腐熟猪粪、单施磷肥以及NP配施的处理土壤可溶性无机磷明显增加,分别比对照增加了35.0%、42.3%和40.2%;而莠去津单施氮肥、紫云英和水稻秸秆的处理土壤可溶性无机磷则显著降低,分别减少了29.1%、13.2%和13.7%。[结论]施用有机无机营养物料可加快土著微生物的生长,促进了莠去津的消解,有利于莠去津污染土壤的修复。
