人工合成异源六倍体小麦β-葡萄糖苷酶活性的变化Changes of β-Glucosidase Activity in Synthetic Hexaploid Wheat

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研究小麦多倍化初期β-葡萄糖苷酶活性的变化。[方法]以生长17d的人工合成异源六倍体小麦(第五代)及其父本粗山羊草、母本硬粒小麦的叶片为材料,采用pNPG法测定β-葡萄糖苷酶的活性,采用分光光度法测定可溶性蛋白含量,进而研究了六倍体小麦多倍化初期β-葡萄糖苷酶活性的变化。[结果]二倍体父本TQ27中β-葡萄糖苷酶的比活力略高于四倍体母本TTR04,但差异不显著。人工合成六倍体小麦AT5中β-葡萄糖苷酶的比活力最低,与其父本TQ27、母本TTR04中β-葡萄糖苷酶比活力差异显著。TQ27、TTR04和AT5中β-葡萄糖苷酶的平均比活力分别为62.36、64.66和24.15U/(μg.h)。[结论]异源多倍化初期六倍体小麦的β-葡萄糖苷酶活性较其双亲显著降低。
