不同四川黑山羊品种mtDNAD-loop区遗传多样性分析Genetic Diversity of mtDNA D-loop of Different Black Goat Breeds in Sichuan Province

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]从分子水平上探讨四川4个黑山羊品种的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,为黑山羊品种的保护及合理利用提供理论依据。[方法]采用mtDNA多态性标记对四川4个黑山羊品种D-loop序列多态性进行分析。[结果]供试黑山羊品种mtDNAD-loop片段长度为1210~1212bp,共检测到5种单倍型,群体间共有多态位点65个,单一多态位点33个,简约信息位点32个,平均核苷酸歧异度为0.001518,D-loop序列多态性较贫乏;经聚类分析,乐至黑山羊和金堂黑山羊首先聚在一起,后与建昌黑山羊聚合,最后和自贡黑山羊聚在一起。[结论]4个黑山羊品种的mtDNA遗传多样性贫乏,分化程度低;聚类分析结果与品种来源和生态地理分布相一致。
