肉牛采食量的影响因素及采食调节机制Influencing Factors of Feed Intake and Regulation Mechanisms in Beef Cattle

摘要(Abstract):
肉牛的采食量是影响生产性能的主要因素之一,与饲料、环境和遗传因素有关。采食量的生理调节机制十分复杂,主要由下丘脑的摄食中枢和饱中枢控制,下丘脑通过各种调节因子对食欲进行精细的调节,而且这些调控因子之间存在着交互作用。笔者对影响肉牛采食量的因素、调节机制以及调控肉牛采食量的调节因子的研究进展进行综述,以期为提高肉牛生产性能提供参考。
