LED不同光质对碧玉兰组培苗增殖的影响Effects of Different LED Light Quality on Proliferation of Cymbidium lowianum Plantlets in vitro

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研究不同光质对碧玉兰组培苗增殖的影响,探索碧玉兰组培苗增殖阶段的最适宜光源。[方法]以野生碧玉兰组培苗为试材,采用LED光源单色红光、蓝光、绿光及白光不同光质配比7种组合处理,以荧光灯为对照,对碧玉兰组培苗的增殖指标进行差异比较研究。[结果]LED白光(W)处理的组培苗增殖量最高,为21.4株/瓶,显著高于其他处理。LED复合光处理的组培苗增殖量较高。对照荧光灯处理的组培苗增殖量较低,为14.1株/瓶,其次为单色红光(R),增殖量为12.8株/瓶。单色蓝光(B)处理的组培苗增殖量最低,为11.9株/瓶。LED白光(W)处理的组培苗增殖率是单色蓝光(B)处理的组培苗增殖率的1.798倍,是单色红光(R)处理组培苗增殖率的1.672倍,是对照荧光灯(CK)处理组培苗增殖率的1.518倍。[结论]LED白光(W)是碧玉兰组培苗增殖阶段的最佳光源。
