实时荧光PCR法检测致敏原鱼成分的研究Study on the Detection of Allergen Fish Components in Food by Real-time Fluorescence PCR

摘要(Abstract):
探讨了采用实时荧光PCR技术检测食品中的致敏原鱼成分。结果表明:采用鱼管家基因16S rRNA基因的特异性检测引物和探针进行检测时,19种样品经实时荧光PCR检测,只有鱼类样品产生阳性荧光信号,其余样品均不产生荧光信号。灵敏度试验结果表明:该方法对致敏原鱼成分的检测灵敏度较高,可达到1 mg/kg,符合痕量检测要求。
