云南古树茶上寄生的“螃蟹脚”提取物的体外抑菌效应研究Study on in vitro Antibacterial Effect of Visum ardiculatum Extracts on Yunnan Ancient Tea Trees

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨螃蟹脚提取物对8种常见食源性微生物和致病菌的体外抗菌活性。[方法]采用纸片扩散法和微孔板稀释法,测定了提取物对各受试菌的抑菌圈和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]螃蟹脚提取物能显著抑制供试菌的生长;在3%~7%浓度范围内,螃蟹脚对8株供试菌株均有较强的抑制作用,且随着提取物浓度的升高而逐渐增强,其抑菌圈直径从大到小为P.aeruginosa>S.typhimurium>E.coli>M.tuberculosis>S.aureus>B.subtilis>L.monocytogenes>C.albicans。螃蟹脚提取物对6株供试菌株的最小抑菌浓度均低于0.50 mg/ml。螃蟹脚对P.aeruginosa、S.typhimurium和E.coli有较强的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为0.060、.12和0.20 mg/ml。[结论]螃蟹脚提取物呈现广谱抗菌特性。这为螃蟹脚的进一步开发和利用提供了理论依据。
