摘要(Abstract):
结合分子标记技术的发展历程,概述了植物的杂交起源,其次介绍了目前和过去鉴定杂交物种所使用的方法,综述了植物杂交所造成的基因渗入、遗传变异和重组、基因流、适应性进化、自然选择和"固化加强"作用及其在形成新物种过程中的作用和影响等。
