2-十三烷酮·槲皮素和单宁酸对杨扇舟蛾谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性的影响Effects of 2-tridecanone,Quercetin and Tannic Acid on GSTs Activities in Clostera anachoreta

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨2-十三烷酮、槲皮素和单宁酸3种植物次生物质与杨扇舟蛾谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)的关系。[方法]用0.01、0.10和1.00 mg/ml浓度的2-十三烷酮、槲皮素和单宁酸处理的杨树叶子分别饲养杨扇舟蛾幼虫,测定喂饲后72 h内杨扇舟蛾虫体GSTs的活性。[结果]低浓度的2-十三烷酮和槲皮素对杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性有抑制作用,且随着浓度升高,杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性又略有回升,具有一定的诱导作用;而单宁酸的浓度越大,杨扇舟蛾体内GSTs活性越低,不存在诱导作用。[结论]为杨扇舟蛾的有效防治提供了参考。
