食药用菌遗传转化研究进展Research Progress on Genetic Transformation of Edible and Medicinal Fungi

摘要(Abstract):
食药用菌不仅有其独特的风味和口感,还具有很好的营养和药用价值,具有广阔的研究应用前景。文中综述了食药用菌的原生质体融合及遗传转化方法的研究进展,并分析了存在问题,最后对食药用菌遗传转化研究的发展进行了展望。
