血液早孕检测方法在肉牛繁育场生产中的应用Application of Blood-based Early Pregnancy Diagnosis in Beef Cattle Breeding Farm

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]在肉牛繁育场中推广与应用血液早孕检测方法,提高繁殖效率。[方法]对胚胎移植受体母牛进行血液早孕检测,分析检测准确率。[结果]对早孕检测空怀牛在60 d进行直肠复检,结果发现空怀检测准确率达到100%。对血液检测怀孕牛在60 d进行直肠复检,结果发现复检怀孕的平均检出准确率为81.81%。[结论]在肉牛繁育场中应用血液早孕检测方法能够尽早筛选出空怀牛只,缩短产犊间隔,节省受体牛饲养管理成本。
