复合益生菌与金霉素配合抑制大肠杆菌生长的研究Study on the Inhibition of Complex Probiotics Combined with Aureomycin on the Growth of Escherichia coli

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]为益生菌和抗生素的配伍使用提供理论依据。[方法]选用乳酪杆菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和布拉迪酵母4种益生菌与金霉素配比,通过正交试验研究其对致病菌性大肠杆菌的抑制作用,探讨金霉素与微生态制剂的最佳配伍比例。[结果]复合益生菌抑制大肠杆菌的最佳组合为:枯草芽孢杆菌∶酵母菌∶乳酪杆菌∶粪肠球菌=2∶1∶3∶4。单独复合益生菌对大肠杆菌的抑制作用与75~150 mg/kg的金霉素相当。随着金霉素浓度的提高,无论是单一的金霉素还是与益生菌复合,其抑菌作用均逐渐增强(P<0.05)。当150 mg/kg的金霉素与益生菌配合时,其抑菌效果与单独使用300~400 mg/kg金霉素相当。[结论]低浓度金霉素与复合益生菌配合后,可以达到高浓度金霉素的抑菌效果。
