AMPD1基因的研究

摘要(Abstract):
腺苷一磷酸脱氨酶基因(AMPD1)仅存在于真核生物中,是嘌呤代谢过程中的重要酶。AMPD1基因主要在肌肉中表达,与肌肉中肌苷酸代谢有关。AMPD1与人类的某些疾病有密切的关联,是人体中最易发生突变的基因。AMPD1与动物肉质性状也有密切的关系。
