微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定怀牛膝中重金属元素含量Determination on Heavy Metals Content of Achyranthes bidentata Blume through Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的方法,测定怀牛膝中铅、镉、汞、砷含量。[方法]优化ICP-MS的操作条件,将样品进行微波消解,以114In作为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述4种元素。[结果]对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r>0.9995,回收率为96.7%~106.4%,RSD<11.2%;样品测定结果表明,供试怀牛膝药材重金属超标现象较为严重。[结论]该研究建立的微波消解-ICP-MS法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可为不同产地不同种类的中药材提供重金属含量的测定方法,用于中药材的质量控制。
