重庆地区野生红三叶耐热性比较研究Comparative Study on Heat-resistance of Wild Red Clover in Chongqing Region

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]比较野生红三叶及现有国内外品种间耐热性的差异。[方法]以三峡库区采集的9个野生红三叶材料(CQ1~9)、2个国外品种(瑞德和多丽)和1个国内品种(巫溪)为材料,采用盆栽法在人工模拟高温环境下,评价了12个红三叶材料的生理指标和耐热性能。[结果]随着热胁迫时间的延长,12个红三叶材料的田间成活率递减,叶片相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均递增,叶绿素总含量则递降,SOD活性呈先增后降的趋势。其耐热性由强到弱的顺序为:CQ8>瑞德>CQ5>多丽>CQ1>CQ2>CQ4>CQ6>CQ9>巫溪>CQ7>CQ3。[结论]按聚类分析,12个红三叶材料可分为3类,CQ8的各项生理指标稳定,成活率最高,耐热性最好。其次为CQ2、CQ4、CQ5、瑞德和多丽;CQ1、CQ3、CQ6、CQ7、CQ9和巫溪表现较差。
