水稻蛋白OsOle1在大肠杆菌中的诱导表达Induced Expression of Rice Protein OsOle1 in Escherichia coli

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]在大肠杆菌中诱导表达水稻蛋白OsOle1。[方法]RT-PCR克隆水稻基因OsOle1,构建原核表达载体pGEX-2T-OsOle1-GST,在大肠杆菌BL21中诱导表达该蛋白,并采用GST凝胶亲和层析进行纯化。[结果]水稻蛋白OsOle1具有典型的Olee1蛋白家族的保守域,N端1~24位氨基酸为预测的信号肽序列。成功地将水稻蛋白OsOle1在大肠杆菌中进行了诱导表达,并用GST亲和层析进行了纯化。[结论]该研究为以后进一步研究水稻蛋白OsOle1的生理功能奠定了基础。
