超声波提取白根独活多糖工艺研究Research on Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Angelica polymorpha Maxim

摘要(Abstract):
采用超声波提取法提取白根独活多糖,通过单因素试验研究各因素对多糖提取率的影响,通过正交试验对多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,料液比和提取温度对白根独多糖提取率的影响最大;白根独活多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶20,超声波功率80W,提取温度80℃,提取时间60min,此条件下多糖的平均提取率为4.03%。
