杜梨硝酸盐转运酶NRT2基因的克隆与生物信息学分析Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of the Nitrate Transfer Enzyme Gene NRT2 of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]克隆杜梨硝酸盐高亲和性转运酶NRT2基因。[方法]以杜梨叶片为试验材料,采用CTAB法提取总RNA,反转录成c DNA,运用3'-RACE和5'-RACE技术,克隆获得杜梨硝酸盐转运酶NRT2基因的全长,并运用生物信息学技术对硝酸盐转运酶NRT2基因进行了分析。[结果]杜梨硝酸盐转运NRT2基因c DNA全长为1 422 bp,可编码473个氨基酸,分子式为C2346H3631N589O637S26,相对分子质量为51 112.7,等电点(p I)为7.03。[结论]该试验为进一步研究梨氮素代谢提供了基础资料。
