摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了RNA干扰(RNAinte rference,RNAi)的机理,阐述了RNAi的生物学意义,并具体论述了RNAi的作用,指出RNAi已经成为一种研究基因功能的有力工具,并且有希望在对疾病的防御及治疗中发挥重要的作用。
