花外周血细胞显微结构Microscopic Structure of Peripheral Blood Cell of Hemibarbus maculatus

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]描述花各类血细胞,为鱼类血液学、比较细胞学积累基础资料,并为花人工养殖、疾病诊断等工作提供参考。[方法]对28尾花尾静脉取血,常规方法每尾制作血涂片2~5张,Gimesa和Wright染液联合染色,N ikon-DXM1200数码显微摄影系统观察和拍照,Image Proplus软件随机测量各类血细胞。[结果]试验得出,红细胞有直接分裂现象,成红细胞有两种类型,Ⅰ型和网织红细胞关系密切;嗜中性粒细胞一般呈球形,核形多变,单个核居多,偶见二分叶核,偶见衰老解体者;嗜酸性粒细胞一般呈球形,胞核与嗜中性粒细胞胞核情况极为相似;单核细胞具伪足样突起,核较大,约占整个细胞1/2左右,较大者可达3/4;淋巴细胞呈不规则圆形,非定量地分为"大""小"两类;血栓细胞形态多样,个别类型难以归类,有直接分裂现象;未发现嗜碱性粒细胞。[结论]花外周血中有6种血细胞,无嗜碱性粒细胞。
