马铃薯茎、叶中茄尼醇皂化研究Saponification Reaction of Solanesol in Potato Stems and Leaves

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]建立一种用Na OH皂化马铃薯茎、叶中茄尼醇的方法,并考察浓度、温度、时间等因素对皂化的影响。[方法]采用加热回流提取法从马铃薯茎、叶中提取得到茄尼醇浓缩液,再用Na OH对茄尼醇酯进行皂化,得到更多游离茄尼醇。[结果]Na OH皂化的条件为Na OH浓度0.75 mol/L、皂化时间0.5 h、皂化温度40℃,经皂化后可使溶液中茄尼醇含量增加37%。[结论]该方法操作简便、合理,可行性强,有利于提高茄尼醇含量。
