镉和乙草胺及苄嘧磺隆对水稻种子萌发的影响Influence of Cadmium,Acetochlor and Bensulfuron Methyl on the Germination of Rice Seeds

摘要(Abstract):
采用人工气候箱培养的方法,研究了镉(Cd)、乙草胺(AC)和苄嘧磺隆(BSM)对水稻种子萌发的影响。结果表明,Cd、AC、BSM单一和复合污染均可降低水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。BSM对萌发率的影响大于AC,而AC对发芽指数的影响大于BSM;污染物对种子萌发时间的影响不明显,而对芽长和根长的影响显著。Cd、AC和BSM均可降低种子淀粉酶的活性,其中AC对α+β淀粉酶活性的影响大于BSM。随着Cd、AC和BSM处理浓度的升高,水稻种子贮藏物质的消耗率逐渐升高,转运率逐渐降低。
