废水污泥对花生植物酶活性及其品质的影响Effect of Waste-water Sludge on Plant and Soil Enzymatic Activity and Groundnut Quality

摘要(Abstract):
研究了沼气化废水(BSW)、酒糟水(RSW)及污水塘泥(LS)与一定量的NPK+FYM(厩肥)对花生的营养品质及土壤和植物酶活性的影响。结果表明:废水污泥对花生纯蛋白的含量无明显影响,但是能增加种子产量,蛋氨酸和半胱胺酸含量比对照分别增加44%和24%;BSW处理种子产量最高,其次是RSW和LS;LS处理的花生叶片叶绿素含量最高;BSW和RSW能显著增加植物过氧化酶,而BSW处理中植物多酚氧化酶含量较高;应用废水污泥不会影响硝化还原酶活性,但是BSW在根际土壤明显增加硝酸盐的含量。3种废水污泥比NPK+FYM(厩肥)处理明显增加脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性。
