微滴灌生物菌肥对荒漠沙中棉花生长的影响Influence of Micro Drip Biological Fertilizer on Cotton Grown in the Desert Sand

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研究微滴灌生物菌肥对新疆地区棉花生长的影响。[方法]利用微滴灌技术施加不同种类(枯草芽孢杆菌G、沼泽红假单胞菌R、胶质芽孢杆菌K、复合菌肥C)不同稀释倍数(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)的微生物肥料稀释液于荒漠沙土壤中,种植棉花,并统计发芽率,通过光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数研究不同处理对棉花光合生理的影响。[结果]处理组的棉花发芽时间比对照组提前12~24 h,发芽率提高1.59%~27.70%;微滴灌生物菌肥能够加快蒸腾速率(Tr),增强最大光化学强度(Fv/Fm)。[结论]微滴灌生物菌肥能够促使棉花种子提前萌发,提高种子的发芽率,促进棉花的生长,增强对荒漠沙环境的抗逆性。
