HPLC测定蒲公英中槲皮素含量的研究Determination of Quercetin Content in Dandelion by HPLC

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]建立蒲公英中槲皮素含量的测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,AgilentC18柱(150.0mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈(63∶26),紫外检测波长为370nm。[结果]槲皮素在0.1～1.0mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.37%。[结论]该方法分离好、快速、重复性好,可作为蒲公英的质量控制方法。
