一株山羊源肠炎沙门氏菌对小鼠的致病性研究Study on the Pathogenicity of a Strain of Salmonella enteritidis from Goat to Mice

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨山羊源肠炎沙门氏菌(swun3816)对小鼠的致病性。[方法]从四川省某山羊养殖场腹泻粪便中分离出1株肠炎沙门氏菌,采用灌胃途径测定swun3816对BALB/c小鼠的半数致死量,根据毒力测定结果选择合适的剂量,建立swun3816感染小鼠模型,并于感染后6、12、24、48、72、96 h随机选择3只小鼠进行剖检,观察其大体病变,同时采集心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏及肠道等器官,制备石蜡切片,观察其病理组织学变化。[结果]经灌胃途径接种102~108CFU/m L swun3816均可致小鼠的不同程度发病和死亡,LD50为155.6 CFU/只;用5×10~3CFU/只剂量给小鼠灌胃,建立了swun3816小鼠模型,感染小鼠最初出现精神沉郁、食欲减退和眼部浆液性渗出物等症状,感染后8.5 h开始出现死亡,第6天出现死亡高峰,剖检可见肺脏淤血和出血斑,脾脏淤血肿大,肝脏表面有大小不一的不规则灰白色坏死灶;肠液分泌增多呈黄色,小肠黏膜出血,肠壁变薄。病理组织学观察显示,肝脏、肾脏、肺脏、脾脏、心脏出现变性、坏死和炎性细胞浸润等病变,十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛断裂脱落;盲肠、结肠、直肠在整个试验期间未见明显病变。[结论]山羊源肠炎沙门氏菌swun3816能引起小鼠全身性感染,具有很强的致病力。
