摘要(Abstract):
研究小麦遗传多样性对其遗传育种、种质资源保护、开发及利用均具有重要的意义。概述了几种主要小麦遗传多样性研究的DNA分子标记,如RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSR和SRAP等技术的基本原理、特点及其优缺点等,进而探讨了这些分子标记技术在小麦遗传多样性研究中的作用和意义,为拓宽小麦遗传基础、提高小麦遗传变异育种提供理论基础。
