利用微卫星标记分析北京油鸡的遗传多样性Genetic Variations of Beijing You Chicken Revealed by Microsatellite Markers

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨北京油鸡的遗传多样性。[方法]采用29对微卫星标记对北京油鸡保种群的192个个体进行遗传多样性检测,并通过计算等位基因数、等位基因频率、期望杂合度(He)和多态信息含量(PIC)分析群体内的遗传变异情况。[结果]在29个微卫星标记中共检测到171个等位基因,每个微卫星座位的等位基因数在2~14个,平均等位基因数为5.90个;多态信息含量和期望杂合度的平均值分别为0.53和0.59,均大于0.5,表现为高度多态性;除5个位点(MCW0069、ADL0112、MCW0183、LEI0234和MCW0016)外,其余24个微卫星位点都处于基因平衡状态。[结论]北京油鸡保种群具有丰富的遗传多样性。北京油鸡在北京市农林科学院榆垡种鸡场得到了较为妥善的保存。
