基于电子效应的氨基酸分类与二级结构的倾向性分析Tendency Analysis on Amino Acids Categorization and Secondary Structure Based on Electronic Effect

摘要(Abstract):
依据氨基酸侧链基团的电子效应,将17种氨基酸(Pro、Gly、Cys除外)划分为供电子效应氨基酸、吸电子效应氨基酸、弱电子效应氨基酸3类。并计算了该分类情况下氨基酸二级结构的倾向性因子,为了更好的说明该分类与蛋白质二级结构的关系,经讨论得到一个最终的分类结果。该结果很好地说明了氨基酸对于螺旋和无规则卷曲的倾向性。
