珍稀濒危植物遗传多样性研究方法及影响因素Research Methods and Influencing Factors of Genetic Diversity of Rare and Endangered Plants

摘要(Abstract):
遗传多样性是生物多样性的基础。深入了解珍稀濒危植物遗传多样性水平及其影响因素,对其保护及可持续利用具有十分重要的意义。近年来,随着标记技术的快速发展,珍稀濒危植物遗传多样性研究的发展得到极大的推进。概述了研究珍稀濒危植物的常用标记方法,包含形态标记、染色体标记、生化标记及DNA分子标记。同时,归纳了影响珍稀濒危植物遗传多样性的影响因素。
