河鲈水霉病病原菌的研究Study on Pathogenic Bacteria of Saprolegniasis from Perch(Perca fluviavilis)

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探究新疆地区河鲈(Perca fluviavilis)水霉病的病原菌。[方法]从患病河鲈肌肉及体表分离出多株病原菌,经人工感染试验验证其中1株丝状真菌HL01具有高致病性,对该菌株进行了鉴定,并研究了其形态与生长特征。[结果]菌株HL01的菌丝为透明管状结构,无隔,分枝较少;孢子囊呈球状,卵孢子呈肾形,数量在20枚左右。根据形态及生理学特征将菌株HL01鉴定为破囊霉属(Thraustotheca)。菌株HL01对氯化钠敏感,氯化钠质量分数为2.5%时可抑制其生长,氯化钠质量分数为1.0%时其生长最好;该菌株生长的适宜温度范围为15~35℃,最适温度为25℃;该菌株生长的适宜pH范围为pH 5~9,生长的最适pH为7。[结论]为确定新疆水霉病病原菌的多样性、大规模调查水霉多样性以建立研究模型以及为进一步研究水霉拮抗菌的多样性提供可靠的指示菌种奠定了基础。
