农杆菌介导的植物遗传转化影响因素研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
农杆菌介导的转基因方法与其他方法相比具有较多优点,已被广泛应用于植物遗传转化研究。目前对其转化机理的研究已经相当深入,而对影响因素的研究较少。主要对农杆菌介导的遗传转化影响因素进行详细评述,对其作用机理及应用前景进行了说明并进行展望,以期为提高植物转基因效率研究提供理论依据。
