肉鸡规模化养殖的生命周期评价——以山东某养鸡场为例Life Cycle Assessment of Large-scale Breeding of Broilers: A Case Study of a Chicken Farm in Shandong Province

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研究中国肉鸡规模化养殖在生产过程中对环境的影响。[方法]通过生命周期评价(LCA)的方法,研究大型肉鸡养殖场的化肥生产、作物种植、饲料加工、肉鸡饲养等阶段的环境影响。[结果]整个过程中,全球变暖的主要因子是CO2和N2O,主要贡献是化肥生产与种植阶段;环境酸化的主要因子是NH3和NOX,其中NH3主要来源于化肥生产与种植和粪便处理阶段;水体富营养化的主要污染因子是NH3;全过程主要环境污染阶段是化肥生产与种植、肉鸡饲养、粪便处理,主要的环境影响类型是环境酸化(78.8%),其次是全球变暖(12.8%);结果与SimaPro软件相比,发现两者之间的共同性。[结论]肉鸡饲养阶段和环境酸化可作为减轻环境影响的目标。
