可食膜的研究与应用进展Research and Application Progress of Edible Film

摘要(Abstract):
可食膜作为一种新型包装材料,具有绿色环保、无毒无害、生物降解和提高食品保质期等优点,在人们的日常生活中得到越来越广泛的应用。随着人们对食品品质要求的提高,以及环保意识的增强,可食膜日益成为食品、医药等包装行业的研究热点。鉴于此,就几大类可食膜近几年的研究现状以及应用进展进行了相关综述,提出了目前可食膜存在的不足以及将来发展的趋势。
