利用微卫星标记分析湖羊GDF8区域的遗传多样性Genetic Polymorphism in GDF8 Region of Hu Sheep Based on Microsatellite DNA

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]分析湖羊GDF8区域的遗传多样性。[方法]选择位于湖羊第2号染色体GDF8区域可能与生长性能相关性较大的4个微卫星标记(BMS1591、TEXAN-2、FCB128、BM81124)对湖羊的生长性状进行研究。[结果]4个微卫星标记在湖羊中的杂合度较高、有效等效基因个数较多、多态信息含量丰富,都达到了高度多态水平(PIC>0.5)。[结论]供试4个微卫星标记可以用于湖羊生长性状的遗传多样性评估。
