丛枝菌根真菌对采煤塌陷地玉米生长的影响Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on the Growth of Maize in Mining Subsidence

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨丛枝菌根真菌对采煤塌陷地玉米生长的影响。[方法]针对西部采煤塌陷地干旱缺水和土地生产力低下的特点,研究了接种从枝菌根真菌对玉米生长的影响,以及对采煤塌陷区退化土壤微环境的作用效果。[结果]接种从枝菌根真菌促进了玉米的生长,提高了玉米植株和籽粒干重;接种组玉米对土壤速效磷和速效钾的利用率明显提高;接种菌根真菌增强了退化土壤中酸性磷酸酶的活性,同时玉米根际土壤微生物数量增加显著;所选G.a菌提高了玉米根系的侵染率和根际土壤菌丝密度。[结论]所选丛枝菌根真菌适合在采煤塌陷地上推广应用,并具有较高的生态价值。
